Rajasthan Forts Tour The magnificent forts of Rajasthan clearly tell the great history of the region.
Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
Once you arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport, you'll be received by our representative, who'll escort you to the hotel for a check-in. After completing all formalities, relax and spend the rest of the day at leisure. In the evening, have a luscious dinner and retire for the night.
Day 02: Delhi
Early morning breakfast will be followed by a sightseeing tour of Raj Ghat and Shanti Van - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, respectively. You'll then be taken to Jama Masjid and Red fort to see the splendor of Mughal architecture. In the afternoon, visit Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate, Laxmi Narayan Temple, and President's House. Return back to the hotel for a delectable dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03: Delhi - Mandawa
After having an appetizing breakfast, you'll leave for Mandawa. Make a check-in at the hotel when you reach Mandawa and rest for a while. Post lunch, set out for a sightseeing tour of the town and visit Ladia Haveli, street of Saraf Havelis, Shiva Temple, Dundlod Fort, and the main marketplace. By late evening, dinner will be served to you, after which you can call it a day.
Day 04: Mandawa - Bikaner
You'll be driven to Bikaner, after a wholesome breakfast. On the way, you'll visit the Aath Haveli Complex, Anandilal Poddar Haveli, Bansidhar Bhagat Haveli, and Chokhani Haveli at Nawalgarh. Your journey to Bikaner will continue. Make a check in upon arriving and freshen up. The remaining time will be at your disposal. Have a sumptuous dinner and proceed for a restful sleep.
Day 05: Bikaner
On the fifth day of your tour, you'll go for a sightseeing tour of Bikaner. Popular tourist attractions include Junagarh Fort, Bhand Sagar Temple and Camel Breeding Farm. The camel breeding farm is one of the largest in Asia and is spread across 2000 acres of land. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 06: Bikaner - Jaisalmer
Morning breakfast will be followed by a drive to Jaisalmer. Check-in to the hotel after arriving and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Night stay will be made at the hotel.
Day 07: Jaisalmer
Post breakfast, you'll be taken for a sightseeing tour of the Golden City of Jaisalmer. Major places of tourist interest are Jaisalmer Fort, Salim Singh-ki-Haveli, Patwon-ki-Haveli, and Lodurva. Thereafter, proceed towards Sam and Khuri village to see the sunset from the sand dunes. Return back to the hotel for a wholesome dinner and overnight stay.
Day 08: Jaisalmer
You've another day to explore the beautiful city of Jaisalmer. Have breakfast and set out for a camel safari or jeep safari. Catch the glimpses of desert life and spend hours in the eco-friendly huts at the Thar Desert. In the evening, you'll be served with a flavorsome dinner, after which you can go for a peaceful sleep.
Day 09: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
After having a traditional breakfast, you'll journey to Jodhpur. On reaching, make a check-in at the hotel and relax. Alternatively, you can stroll around to get familiar with the lifestyle of the local people. Dinner and overnight stay will be made at the hotel.
Day 10: Jodhpur
On the tenth day of Rajasthan Fort Tour, you'll visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort. Afterwards, you'll pay a visit to Jaswant Thada, Clock Tower, Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, and Umaid Public Gardens Museum. Return back to the hotel in evening for a toothsome dinner and night's rest.
Day 11: Jodhpur - Bundi
After having an early morning breakfast, you'll proceed towards Bundi. After traveling for almost six hours, you'll reach Bundi by afternoon. Make a check-in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight will be spent at the hotel.
Day 12: Bundi - Udaipur
Post breakfast, you'll visit Taragarh Fort or Star Fort, the most impressive structure of the city, constructed in 1354 AD. From here, you'll be driven to Udaipur. Make a check-in at the pre-booked hotel upon arrival and freshen up. In the evening, have dinner and call it a day.
Day 13: Udaipur
Start your day with a delectable meal, after which a day long tour of the City of Lakes - Udaipur will be made. Popular tourist destinations are City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Lake Pichola, Saheliyon-ki-Bari, Eklingji and Nagda Temples. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 14: Udaipur - Pushkar
A flavorsome breakfast will be served at the hotel, after which you'll proceed towards Pushkar. Upon reaching Pushkar, make a check-in at the hotel and relax. Spend the remaining day at leisure. In the evening, have a wholesome dinner and head on for a good night's sleep.
Day 15: Pushkar - Jaipur
Early morning meal will be followed by a sightseeing tour of Pushkar. You'll be visiting Jagat Pita Shri Brahma Temple and Apteshwar Mahadeo Temple. Henceforth, you'll leave for Jaipur, with a brief halt at Ajmer to visit the shrine of Sufi Saint Moinuddin Chishti. By afternoon, you'll reach Jaipur. Make a check-in at the hotel and have a delectable lunch. Overnight stay will be made at the hotel.
Day 16: Jaipur
Have an appetizing breakfast and set out for a full-day sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Firstly, you'll visit the colossal Amber Fort and take an elephant ride to reach the entrance of the fortress. In the premises of Amber fort, you'll visit Sheesh Mahal, Ganesh Pol, and Man Singh Palace. You'll descend down to explore the other attractions of Jaipur. City Palace, Royal Observatory, Jantar Mantar, Birla Temple and Hawa Mahal are the major highlights. Return to the hotel in the evening for a delectable dinner and night's rest.
Day 17: Jaipur - Agra
Post breakfast, you'll be driven to Agra. En-route, you'll take a short break at Fatehpur Sikri to visit the Tomb of Salim Chishti, Panch Mahal, Buland Darwaza, and Jama Masjid. Thereafter, you'll continue your journey towards Agra. Make a check-in at the hotel once you reach Agra. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 18: Agra - Delhi Departure
After having an early morning breakfast, you'll visit the abode of love - Taj Mahal. Mughal emperor Shah Jahan built this marble mausoleum in the loving memory of his queen, Mumtaz Mahal. You'll also visit Agra Fort, Halls of Public and Private Audience (Diwan-e-Aam and Diwan-e-Khas), and Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah. Post lunch, you'll be driven to Delhi to catch a flight for onward destination.
